1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RRules.dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RRules.dev is an AI-powered code generation platform that helps developers create project boilerplates using various AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where AI generations consume credits, with different models having different credit costs. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with additional credit purchase options.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credit System and Subscription Plans

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based billing system:

  • New users receive 10 free credits upon account creation
  • Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per generation (1-8 credits)
  • Free development models (available in development mode) consume 0 credits
  • Credits can be purchased separately or through subscription plans
  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
  • Credit usage is tracked and recorded for your reference

  • Access to all AI models (credit-based)
  • 10 initial free credits

4.3 Pro Plan

  • Access to all AI models and providers
  • Additional features and priority support
  • 7-day download access

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

5.2 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased separately through Polar.sh:

  • Credit packages are available in various denominations (10, 50, 100, 500 credits)
  • Credit purchases are one-time payments and non-refundable
  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely
  • Credit pricing may be subject to change with advance notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate code that violates any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to breach or test the security of our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account or credits with others
  • Attempt to exploit the credit system or obtain credits fraudulently
  • Use automated systems to abuse credit consumption
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to create competing products

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your project configurations and generated code. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for providing the Service.

7.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by RRules.dev and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party AI providers through OpenRouter and direct API connections:

  • OpenRouter serves as our primary AI provider gateway
  • We integrate with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, and other AI providers
  • Your prompts and generated content are processed by these third-party services
  • We use service-level API keys and do not require your personal API keys
  • Each AI provider has its own terms of service and privacy policy
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated code should be reviewed and tested before use in production environments.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RRULES.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRules.dev from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
